Eton

In 1928 Swedes Annie and David Petterson started their own shirt company, Skjortfabriken Special, but as they started to export their exclusive shirts to the UK in the 1950s, the Swedish name proved too difficult to pronounce. This is why the company changed its name to Eton after the famous and exclusive Eton College. Exclusive shirts need an exclusive name.
